Happy New Year! I hope you all enjoyed the holidays and found plenty of rest and time together with your household. I’m excited to share the first new episode of the year. In it we spend time looking back, looking forward, and paying attention to now. We’ll also come up with our own New Year’s Affirmations and listen to a brand new song called “I Like Me.” At 18 minutes, this is our longest episode ever!
